LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE PROGRAM

Since it is practically impossible to visit all of our competitors’ websites daily, we have put into place a Lowest Price Guarantee Program. Through this program, you are guaranteed to get the best pricing on any LED Lighting Product we offer.

If you find a lower price on the same product on the Internet (Sellers based exclusively in the USA Only) simply send us the link to the product on the competitors’ site and we will beat their price by 10%.

Product must be identical or similar in regard to Quality, Manufacturer, and Warranty. Sell price must match desired quantity. Our best price policy does not match competitor’s closeout, end of life, damaged, or one time special offers.

SHIPPING

Orders for in stock items will ship the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.
Monday Holidays excluded.
Most orders will ship via UPS
Email will be sent with UPS Shipping Tracking Number with a confirmation your order has been received and processed.
Orders status is checked by your invoice number emailed to you.
For Orders shipped outside the USA,
a shipping charge will be added to your order and you will be notified of the cost.

MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum order requirement for online orders placed.
Flat Rate Shipping Charge of $17.99 for All Continental USA orders, for any Size/ Weight shipment.
Hawaii, Alaska & Canada do not qualify for Flat rate shipping
Please note shipping costs include the actual cost to ship the order plus the cost of packing materials, the time required to process the order and insurance.
A $50.00 merchandise minimum for all orders shipped outside of the USA

All items listed on site are in stock and shippable same day unless otherwise noted.
Items noted as out of stock or special order items will reference a lead time before delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We request that you Email or Telephone for a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
All Return products must have a RMA number printed on outside of Shipping Box.
Returns without RMA Number on Outside of Shipping box will not be received/processed.
All return and exchange items must have a copy of either Invoice or Invoice Number.
RMA number must be printed on outside of shipping box.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RMA Exchange or Replacement product is shipped at no charge back to customer.
Non Defective/Incorrect product returned for credit only is subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%
This fee is necessary to deter those who are more interested in trying out a product than actually buying it.
Original Invoice Shipping Costs are non refundable for Returned Product.
All special orders are non refundable/non returnable. This includes bulbs ordered with special Kelvin temperatures and/or beam angles.
All orders over $2000.00 are non refundable for credit under any circumstances.

WARRANTY

We sell only Factory New LED Products.
All products carry our Industry Leading 5 Year Warranty.
Warranty covers defective parts and material for period of 5 Years from date of Original Invoice.
Warranty does not cover Misuse, Abuse, Physical Damage, or Improper Installation.
You must call or email for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for any product being returned for credit or replacement.

VOLUME PRICING

We offer the most aggressive pricing on all our LED products listed.
